Eligibility and Age Restriction
Access to and use of the joya 90 platform is conditional upon meeting the eligibility criteria set out in this section. Failure to meet any eligibility criterion is grounds for immediate account termination.
To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on joya 90, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age. This requirement is absolute and admits no exceptions.
- You are a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, associations, and automated systems may not register accounts on joya 90.
- You are registering solely on your own behalf, using your own personal details, and for your own personal use.
- You have not previously had a joya 90 account terminated for breach of these Terms or any predecessor terms.
- You are not subject to a self-exclusion order currently active on the joya 90 platform.
- You are not acting as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any other person in operating the account.
- You are registering with accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your legal name, date of birth, and registered mobile number.
- Your use of the joya 90 platform is for entertainment purposes only and not for any commercial, professional, or syndicated wagering purpose.
joya 90 reserves the right to conduct age and identity verification checks at any stage of the account lifecycle — including at registration, at the first withdrawal request, and at any point thereafter if risk indicators are identified. Documentary evidence required for KYC purposes may include a national identification card (NID), passport, birth certificate, or other government-issued identity document showing the Player's date of birth and full legal name.
Where joya 90 discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately. All deposits made by the underage Player will be returned to the originating payment method and all winnings generated during the period of underage play will be forfeited without compensation. joya 90 will not be liable for any loss claimed to result from the suspension and forfeiture applied in these circumstances.
Section 3
Account Registration
The following rules govern the creation, maintenance, and security of your joya 90 account. These obligations remain in effect for the entire duration of your account's existence.
3.1 Registration Requirements
To register a joya 90 account, you must provide accurate and complete information in all required fields of the registration form, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh. You must also select a unique username and a strong password for your account. joya 90 may reject any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide reasons.
3.2 One Account Per Player
Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on joya 90. Registering or operating more than one account — whether using the same personal details or different details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, joya 90 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and permanently withhold any balance held across those accounts. Players who believe they have inadvertently created a duplicate account should contact support at [email protected] immediately.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your joya 90 account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person, allow any other person to access your account, or use any third-party service that requires sharing your credentials. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use will be treated as your own activity and governed by these Terms accordingly, regardless of whether you personally authorised that specific activity.
If you believe your account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorised access to your account has occurred, you must notify joya 90 immediately by emailing [email protected]. joya 90 will make reasonable efforts to secure the account promptly following such notification. joya 90 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials or has delayed in reporting the breach.
3.4 Account Verification (KYC)
joya 90 operates a mandatory KYC verification process. All Players will be required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Verification may also be triggered at any other point where joya 90's risk and compliance procedures indicate it is appropriate. The documents required for KYC verification include a valid government-issued photo identity document and, where required, a document confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits. KYC documents must be clear, legible, unaltered, and submitted in a format accepted by the joya 90 verification team. Accounts that do not complete KYC verification within the period requested by joya 90 may be suspended.
Section 4
Deposits and Withdrawals
joya 90 supports a range of Bangladeshi payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. The following rules apply to all financial transactions conducted through your joya 90 account.
4.1 Deposit Rules
- All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
- Deposits are credited to your joya 90 account in real time for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 1 business day to reflect in your account balance.
- joya 90 does not charge transaction fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own charges — these are your responsibility.
- joya 90 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits that exceed defined AML threshold amounts. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in the deposit being returned and the account being flagged for review.
- Deposited funds that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to an administrative review before withdrawal to confirm compliance with AML requirements.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to platform limits and verification status.
- All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts may deposit but cannot withdraw until verification is satisfactorily completed.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum withdrawal amount, though large withdrawals may be subject to enhanced AML checks and processing time.
- bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
- joya 90 reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal where fraud, bonus abuse, AML concerns, or unresolved KYC issues are identified. In such cases, the Player will be notified and given the opportunity to provide clarifying information.
- Bonus Funds are not withdrawable. Only Real Money Balance — net of any applicable wagering requirements — may be withdrawn from your joya 90 account.
Section 5
Bonuses and Promotions
joya 90 offers promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the general terms in this section as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion.
Bonuses issued by joya 90 — including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and reload bonuses — are promotional incentives and are not a guaranteed entitlement. joya 90 may withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already credited to Player accounts at the time of any change.
5.1 Wagering Requirements
All Bonus Funds issued by joya 90 carry a wagering requirement. This means the Player must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the associated deposit amount) a specified number of times before the bonus balance — or any winnings generated from it — may be converted into withdrawable Real Money Balance. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms at the time the offer is made or accepted. Players must read and confirm understanding of the wagering requirement before claiming any bonus.
5.2 Bonus Abuse
joya 90 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same welcome offer more than once; wagering Bonus Funds exclusively on games with near-100% return-to-player rates in a manner designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk; coordinated activity between players to convert bonus funds into cash; and any other strategy that exploits the promotional system rather than engaging with it in good faith. Where bonus abuse is detected, joya 90 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, cancel associated winnings, and in serious or repeated cases, permanently close the account.
5.3 Bonus Expiry
All Bonus Funds issued by joya 90 carry an expiry period, stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus Funds not used and wagering requirements not fulfilled within the stated expiry period will be forfeited without compensation. Players should review the expiry conditions of each bonus before claiming it and manage their bonus activity accordingly.
Section 6
User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
By using the joya 90 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the obligations and restrictions in this section. Violations may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities.
In addition to the specific obligations stated elsewhere in these Terms, you agree at all times to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information in all interactions with joya 90, including registration, KYC submissions, and support communications.
- Keep your account credentials secure and notify joya 90 immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.
- Use the joya 90 platform for lawful personal entertainment purposes only and not for any commercial, professional, or business purpose.
- Not attempt to access the accounts of other Players or any restricted administrative area of the joya 90 platform.
- Not use any software, script, bot, crawler, automated system, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the joya 90 platform outside of normal manual gameplay.
- Not exploit any software error, technical fault, miscalculated odds, or misfeed that results in an obvious advantage over the platform. Winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
- Not engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated wagering with other Players for the purpose of manipulating game or betting outcomes.
- Not make deposits using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or otherwise unauthorised payment credentials.
- Not use the joya 90 platform for any money laundering, structuring, or financial crime activity.
- Not create or use a joya 90 account if you have previously been self-excluded from the platform or from gambling generally under any formal exclusion arrangement.
joya 90 reserves the right to suspend an account and withhold funds pending investigation where any of the above prohibited conduct is suspected, without advance notice to the Player. Where an investigation confirms a breach, joya 90 may permanently close the account, void all associated bets and winnings, and retain any balance as compensation for the breach. Where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence, joya 90 will report the matter to the relevant authorities and cooperate fully with any resulting investigation.
Section 7
Account Suspension and Closure
joya 90 may suspend or close a Player account in the circumstances described in this section. Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time.
7.1 joya 90-Initiated Closure
joya 90 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:
- The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- The Player has provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
- joya 90 has reason to believe the account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
- The Player is identified as being under 18 years of age.
- The Player is identified as having a previously active self-exclusion on the platform.
- joya 90's AML, fraud, or responsible gaming monitoring systems flag the account for review and the Player fails to cooperate with the resulting verification requests.
- joya 90 is required to close the account to comply with any applicable law, regulation, court order, or direction from a relevant authority.
7.2 Player-Requested Closure
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the joya 90 support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, joya 90 will process the request and return any Real Money Balance remaining in the account to the Player's registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and AML verification requirements. Bonus Funds remaining in the account at the time of closure are forfeited. Account closure does not extinguish any liability the Player has incurred to joya 90 prior to the date of closure.
7.3 Responsible Gaming Closures
Players who close their account under a self-exclusion arrangement — whether for a defined period or permanently — will have their account suspended from access for the duration of the self-exclusion. During the self-exclusion period, the Player will be removed from all joya 90 marketing communications. A Player who has self-excluded and subsequently attempts to re-register a new account before the exclusion period has expired will have the new account closed immediately upon identification. Section 8
Limitation of Liability
This section sets out the limits of joya 90's legal liability to Players in connection with the use of the platform and its services.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, joya 90 and its officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable to any Player for any of the following categories of loss or damage arising from or in connection with the Player's use of the joya 90 platform:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, winnings, or anticipated savings.
- Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage of any kind.
- Any loss arising from platform downtime, technical failure, data loss, or service interruption, whether or not joya 90 was aware of the risk of such loss.
- Any loss arising from the Player's reliance on information provided on the joya 90 platform that later proves to be inaccurate or incomplete.
- Any loss arising from delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing that are attributable to third-party payment providers rather than to joya 90 directly.
- Any loss arising from unauthorised access to the Player's account where the Player has failed to adequately protect their credentials.
Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit joya 90's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. In all other cases, joya 90's total aggregate liability to any individual Player arising from or in connection with these Terms and the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The joya 90 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. joya 90 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the platform at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring that their own devices and internet connections are suitable and secure for online gaming activity.
8.1 Amendments to These Terms
joya 90 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects Player rights or obligations — joya 90 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice to registered Players via their registered email address or via a prominent notice on the joya 90 platform. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept the revised Terms should close their account before the amendment takes effect by contacting [email protected].
8.2 Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with the joya 90 Privacy Policy and any individual promotion terms accepted by the Player, constitute the entire agreement between joya 90 and the Player with respect to the Player's use of the platform. They supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to that subject matter. If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
